Maori scholar Roger Maaka to lecture at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ on November 3
Roger Maaka, Professor of Maori and Indigenous Studies at the Eastern Institute of Technology in New Zealand, will give a lectur at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 5:30 pm in Humanities 250, on "The Maori Experience of Christianity:  A Historical Overview and Contemporary Comparative Perspectives." His visit is sponsored by the American Academy of Religion International Scholar Series and the Department of Religious Studies at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½.
