The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Boulder is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Boulder cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ Boulder shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½â€¯Boulder’s self-insurance policy.
